Job description

Every click tells a story. If you enjoy working with data, are curious about digital marketing, and want to learn how Google Ads campaigns are managed across multiple European markets, this role gives you hands-on experience from day one.

As a Working Student Performance Marketing, you'll become part of our International Paid Search team. You'll work alongside experienced Performance Marketing Managers, contribute to daily campaign operations, and continuously build your expertise in Paid Search.

About your new role

You'll be a fully integrated member of the team, participate in regular team meetings, and gradually take ownership of recurring operational tasks while learning how international Paid Search campaigns are managed at scale.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.

  • Monitor campaign performance, perform regular quality checks, and identify anomalies or issues that require attention.

  • Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards, support keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management.

  • Contribute to process documentation, campaign testing, and automation initiatives while collaborating closely with the International Paid Search team.

  • When campaign improvements go live, you can directly see how your work contributes to more efficient account management and stronger campaign quality.

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • You have a strong interest in Performance Marketing, enjoy working with data, and are confident using Excel or Google Sheets.

  • You are fluent in English and bring intrinsic motivation and a proactive mindset.

Nice-to-have

  • First experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, AI tools, or e-commerce is a plus.

  • Additional European language skills (e.g. German, Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish) are an advantage.
