As an apprentice at idealo, you are an important part of your team from the very beginning, and you get the responsibility and freedom to work independently.
During your apprenticeship, you will work on a lot of exciting projects , and manage your own projects after a short training period. With the respective support of you experienced colleagues.
From the start of your apprenticeship at idealo, you will have a mentor on your side who will support you throughout the entire program. In addition to the theory taught at vocational school, we also offer you additional opportunities to develop your skills an acquire new ones.
In our new office in the heart of Berlin working is even more fun. And if you need a little energy kick, there is a cereal bar, fresh fruits, lunch, and, of course, unlimited coffee, which you can enjoy either at your desk or on our epic rooftop terrace.

We will contact you via email to arrange a date for a first interview. During this call, we want to get to know you and learn more about your motivation.
Together with other applicants, you can demonstrate in a group and individual task why we should decide for you. The assessment center takes place either via Microsoft Teams (online) or onsite at our office.
After consultation with the respective department, you will receive feedback from us. In case you decide in favor of us and we in favor of you, we will start drawing up the contract. Of course, we will also support you during all further steps.
