Who we are 

Our team is responsible for the entire value chain, from merchants to customers. We play a crucial role in interacting with the market and act as the vital link between idealo and our partners. Our activities revolve around three main areas: Sales & Account Management is dedicated to acquiring new retailers and intensifying existing partnerships. B2B Operations takes care of technical connectivity and operational support - project management, process management and B2B marketing play a central role here. Thanks to the seamless interaction between these areas, we ensure our partners receive optimal support along the entire value chain. The third area is Analytics, supporting both internal colleagues and our retailers with extensive data analyses to increase the success and efficiency of our partnerships for both sides.
