Recruitment process
1. Screening Call
One of our recruiters will contact you at a pre-arranged time to learn more about you and your motivation. We also discuss the job requirements and conditions and explain the recruitment process.
2. Job-Interview
We want to learn more about your technical expertise during the interview. You will meet the hiring manager and other interviewees over a video call. If you are given a coding challenge or task to complete beforehand, your solution will be presented and discussed during this call, allowing us to focus on your approach and problem-solving strategies.
3. Value Interview
Our corporate values and respectful interactions are fundamental to who we are. That is why we want to make sure you are a good fit for our culture. This interview will allow you to meet the team virtually and gain an authentic insight into our values and ways of working. In this way, we can ensure that you will be happy and fit in well with the team.
4. Feedback & Offer
If we agree, we will send you an employment contract as soon as possible and support you throughout the process.
*The application process can vary depending on the role and position. For example, for leadership positions, an additional leadership interview is common. For working students and interns, the process involves fewer steps. Detailed information on the process will be provided in the screening call.
