Great content doesn't happen by accident. It starts with the right topics, a clear understanding of the audience, and a sense for what is genuinely relevant.

In this role, you will support our Content Marketing team in identifying topics, developing content, and executing content campaigns. You will quickly take ownership of your own tasks and contribute to projects from research through to promotion.

About your role

As a Working Student Content Marketing, you will work closely with the team to identify relevant topics and turn them into successful content campaigns. You will research trends and user interests, support content creation, and help distribute content through external publishing partners.

When a campaign reaches more people or a topic performs particularly well, you can see the direct impact of your work.

Your responsibilities

  • Research relevant topics, trends, and user needs to develop content ideas and campaign opportunities.

  • Support the planning, creation, and optimization of content campaigns across different formats.

  • Evaluate content based on relevance, audience fit, and format, and contribute ideas for improvement.

  • Support content distribution activities and collaborate with external publishers.

  • Analyze content performance and derive insights to improve future campaigns.

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.

  • You have excellent German language skills and can create and review content with a high level of accuracy.

  • You have a strong interest in content marketing, digital media, and audience-focused content creation.

  • You take ownership and independently drive topics forward.

  • You bring intrinsic motivation and a proactive mindset.
