Job description

As Influencer & Brand Experience Manager at idealo France, you will lead our influencer marketing engine and amplify our cultural relevance for the French market. You will be responsible for designing and scaling influencer collaborations that elevate idealo’s brand voice, drive authentic engagement, and support key business goals. You’ll also coordinate brand activation at signature brand events to ensure we show up in culture, not just on feed. 

This is a high-impact role: your work directly translates cultural insight into influencer storytelling, content, and connections that shape how French audiences perceive and engage with idealo. 

About your new role

  • Define and deliver the influencer marketing vision for idealo France — from creator selection to campaign execution and post-campaign optimization with an agency when needed with a 6-figure dedicated budget. 

  • Manage the full influencer lifecycle: sourcing, briefing, negotiating, co-creation, and performance measurement - with an agency when needed. 

  • Translate cultural and trend insights into influencer activations that position idealo as a culturally grounded, desirable brand. 

  • Lead creative and strategic direction for influencer campaigns — including ideation, content formats, and narrative flow. 

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, deriving insights to improve impact and ROI. 

  • Activate influencer presence at events: ensure creators are integrated into idealo’s event moments, generate content on the ground, and amplify reach via their voices. 

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in Influencer Marketing and Creator Partnerships in the French market (ideally within consumer brands, retail, or digital platforms) with solid track record executing influencer campaigns that deliver both creative impact and measurable results. 

  • Deep knowledge of the French creator and cultural landscape across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc. 

  • A strong network of influencers, talent managers, and agencies that you can activate to accelerate idealo’s presence in culture 

  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor: you can map out the playbook and roll up your sleeves to make it happen. 

  • You pursue ambitious goals, focus on outcomes, and are driven to achieve meaningful results for customers and the business.
