CRM Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic (Senior) CRM Manager – Retention & Winback (f/m/x) to join our team. You’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, reactivating dormant users and creating meaningful, data-driven CRM experiences. 

About your new role

• Design and implement churn-prevention and winback journeys for inactive or at-risk customers across multiple markets. 

• Develop retention programs aimed at boosting customer lifetime value (CLV). 

• Analyze customer cohorts to identify churn and loyalty drivers and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

• Run trigger-based lifecycle campaigns (email, app push) that reactivate and engage users. 

• Continuously test and optimize incentives, offers, and messaging to maximize retention. 

• Create dashboards, reports and insights to support management decisions and improve key KPIs. 

• Take ownership of monitoring, reporting and continuously improving CRM performance metrics. 

Skills &Requirements

• Strong background in CRM, email, and mobile marketing with deep knowledge of campaign execution and lifecycle management.

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Media Management, or a related field.

• Several years of hands-on experience in CRM or App Marketing, ideally within e-commerce.

• Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Braze, or Emarsys, and comfortable using analytics platforms.

• Data-driven and confident working with metrics; ideally familiar with SQL, HTML, or AMPscript.

• Strategic and creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into impactful campaigns.

• Proactive, collaborative communicator with excellent English skills; German is a plus.
