About the role

As a Working Student in Event Management, you support our B2B team in planning and executing professional events from idea to follow-up.

You structure processes, coordinate partners and make sure that good planning turns into a seamless experience on site.

Your responsibilities

  • You research locations, catering, speakers and service providers, request offers and compare them in a structured way.

  • You create and maintain participant lists, run sheets, timelines and checklists to keep every detail under control.

  • You prepare invitations, follow-ups and reminders and coordinate materials as well as external partners.

  • You support budget tracking, maintain cost overviews and handle internal purchase tickets.

  • You assist with on-site setup and breakdown, support guest management and help structure feedback and visual materials after the event.

Job requirements

Skills & Requierments

  • You are enrolled as a student for at least one more year, ideally in event management, business, marketing or a related field.

  • You take ownership of your tasks, work independently and keep an eye on details without losing sight of the bigger picture.

  • You hold a valid driver’s license class B and are comfortable supporting on-site logistics when needed.

  • You work in a structured, proactive and hands-on way and stay calm when things get busy.

  • You communicate confidently in German and English at C1 level and feel comfortable working with common office tools.
