About your new role

• As a Recruiting Partner, you will actively shape the growth and development of our teams. You’ll support and empower our hiring managers and their teams with your recruiting expertise – working closely with our People Business Partners.

• You’ll be responsible for a holistic recruiting process, from creating job profiles to hiring new idealos. You’ll conduct professional interviews and help us find people who are a great fit for idealo.

• You’ll oversee multiple exciting and varied roles – whether in the tech or non-tech area.

• Another focus of your role will be contributing to and advancing our recruiting processes – particularly with regard to automation and digitisation, including AI-based solutions.

• You’ll monitor market trends, analyse KPIs and performance data, derive potential improvements, and implement new recruiting trends together with your colleagues.
  Your goal: an outstanding candidate experience and the continuous development of our teams.

Skills & Requirements

• You have several years of experience in full-cycle recruiting – ideally in both tech and business environments – as well as in working with a wide range of stakeholders.

• You have a strong understanding of job roles, qualifications, and requirements across various functions. You also have a genuine interest in people – your passion for people topics is part of who you are and inspires others through your perspective.

• You’re familiar with modern ATS systems and have an eye for efficient, streamlined processes.

• You’re interested in – or already have initial experience with – using AI and automation tools in recruiting.

• You take ownership and independently drive topics forward.

• You communicate confidently and convincingly – both in German and English.
