Job description

Do you want to work in a dynamic digital environment and actively contribute to the growth of a data-driven business model? In this role, you will take on a central position within Publisher Management, ensuring that existing partnerships run smoothly on an operational level and are continuously developed further. This position is a parental leave cover, fixed for 1 year, and offers you the opportunity to dive deep into affiliate and performance marketing while taking ownership of key processes.

Tasks

Operational Steering

  • You keep an overview of all ongoing publisher-related topics.

  • You ensure that requests and tasks are handled in a timely manner.

  • You prioritize, coordinate, and escalate topics early when needed.

Partner Management

  • You act as the main point of contact for existing publishers.

  • You ensure clear and structured communication.

  • You closely align on ongoing topics and adjustments with partners.

Implementation of Direct Leadouts

  • You support the integration of direct leadouts with existing partners.

  • You work closely with Tech and Product teams on setups.

  • You ensure that integrations run smoothly and reliably.

Performance & Transparency

  • You analyze basic performance data.

  • You identify irregularities at an early stage.

  • You share relevant insights with Data and Business Development teams.

Documentation & Handover

  • You ensure structured documentation of information and setups.

  • You make sure that knowledge is retained and accessible.

  • You prepare clean and thorough handovers.

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or AdTech.

  • Understanding of publisher and monetization models.

  • Experience in managing partners and operational processes.

  • Basic understanding of technical setups (e.g., links, tracking, APIs).

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple topics simultaneously.

  • Strong sense of ownership and reliability.

  • Structured way of working with strong prioritization skills.

  • Proactive communication, especially when facing bottlenecks.

  • Hands-on mentality with a clear focus on execution.

  • Very good German and English language skills.
