Operations Lead - Data (m|w|d)

When operational processes run smoothly, teams collaborate effectively, and priorities are clear, operational excellence becomes visible in everyday work. As Operations Lead in the Data area, you ensure that structures scale, teams work efficiently, and operational topics move forward reliably.

The position is available in full or part-time.

About your new role

• You manage and optimize operational workflows within the Data department and ensure efficient, scalable processes.

• You monitor resources, budgets, and operational KPIs and derive concrete improvement measures from data and performance insights.

• You lead and develop team members, support hiring processes, and create an environment where teams can collaborate effectively.

• You work closely with different business areas to align operational priorities with company goals.

• You identify optimization potential, establish pragmatic processes, and maintain a hands-on approach when driving operational improvements.

• You take ownership of cross-functional projects and ensure reliable execution in day-to-day operations.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in operations, process management, or team coordination, ideally in data-driven or tech-focused environments.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize operational topics pragmatically and efficiently.

• Experience leading and developing employees and supporting high-performing teams.

• You take ownership and independently drive topics forward.

• You enjoy tackling challenges actively and solving them pragmatically.

• Strong communication skills in English and German and confidence working with different stakeholders across the company.
