Job description

We are looking for an organized working student to join our dynamic team. You will support the Marketing Analytics Tech team in organizing and facilitating internal meetings, maintaining communication rituals and assisting with project management tasks. Your contribution is crucial to ensure a smooth process and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, and you enjoy spending time in the Berlin office, also for networking.

About your new role

  • Preparing and sending newsletters and updates to stakeholders, as well as maintaining and improving existing documentation to ensure consistent and clear information.
  • Actively facilitate recurring internal team meetings, including planning, preparing the agenda and taking detailed notes.
  • Organize and coordinate team events, workshops and other internal activities.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking project timelines, deliverables and milestones.

Skills & Requirements

  • You are currently studying, preferably in business administration, communications, project management or a related field and are enrolled for at least one more year.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously are also part of your profile, and you are detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • You are familiar with tools such as MS Office 365, MS Teams, Miro, Confluence, Jira, Backstage etc.
  • An affinity for project management, process optimization and marketing are an advantage.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus.
  • The position is mainly office-based, and we expect you to be on-site a few times a week.
