Do you have experience in acquiring partnerships in the digital space and want to leverage your strengths in building new business opportunities? Then join us in expanding our publisher network and unlocking new traffic sources across Europe.

About your new role

  • Actively contribute to building and scaling a new business model.

  • Develop publisher partnerships and identify and unlock new, sustainable traffic sources.

  • Own and manage the entire deal cycle independently – from initial outreach to contract closure.

  • Design and implement innovative integration and partnership formats.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. Product, Tech, Marketing) to ensure successful partner integrations.

  • Represent idealo in the market (e.g. at partner meetings and industry events).

  • Ensure a smooth and structured handover to scaling functions (Publisher Success).

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or partnership acquisition in a digital environment (e.g. platforms, affiliate, AdTech).

  • Proven track record in building and developing new partnerships.

  • Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for meeting potential partners in person and convincing them of collaboration opportunities.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • High level of self-motivation, combined with a structured and independent way of working.

  • Hands-on mentality with a strong drive to get things done.

  • Strong interest in digital business models and platform economics.

  • Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
