About your new role
Indexation Management: Develop and implement data-driven and machine-learning-based approaches to monitor, steer, and improve indexation quality across millions of URLs.
Crawling & Bot Management: Manage and optimize crawl efficiency and front-end bot interactions to ensure scalable, high-performance indexing.
Migration Projects: Lead technical SEO planning for complex migrations — from risk assessment to post-launch stabilization.
Internal Linking Optimization: Enhance idealo’s internal linking structure for improved topic relevance, information architecture, and crawlability.
Monitoring & Early Detection: Build or refine technical monitoring systems to detect SEO-critical changes early.
SEO Risk Management: Conduct analyses to identify technical SEO risks and provide clear, prioritized recommendations.
Engineering Collaboration: Advise product and engineering teams on technical SEO requirements, scalable implementation, and performance trade-offs.
Knowledge Sharing & Stakeholder Communication: Document findings, share insights through training or presentations, and represent SEO expertise across idealo and Axel Springer stakeholders.
Research and develop strategies to increase idealo’s visibility within AI-generated search results and Large Language Model–driven platforms. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate GEO principles into idealo’s architecture and content frameworks.
