How a product is understood in the market often matters just as much as the product itself.

In this role, you will shape how our B2B products are positioned, communicated, and successfully brought to market. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, with a direct influence on growth, pipeline quality, and commercial success.

When new features gain traction faster, sales cycles become shorter, or deal quality improves, you will see the direct impact of your work.

The position is available in full or part-time.

About your new role

As a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager, you will take strategic ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for our B2B offerings.

You will create clarity for different target audiences, build scalable go-to-market structures, and ensure that the value of our products is communicated in a way that resonates with the market.

This role combines market understanding, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills with a clear focus on commercial outcomes.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks for our B2B products and translate complex product capabilities into clear and compelling value propositions.

  • Define ideal customer profiles, segments, and personas based on market potential, customer insights, and commercial KPIs.

  • Own go-to-market strategies and structured launch processes for new products, features, and commercial initiatives.

  • Create sales enablement materials, messaging guides, and narratives that help improve opportunity quality and shorten sales cycles.

  • Continuously analyze competitors, market developments, and customer feedback, translating insights into recommendations for positioning and product prioritization.

  • Measure the impact of your initiatives across pipeline, conversion, win rate, and feature adoption, and continuously optimize based on data.

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Management, or strategic commercial roles within SaaS, platform, or technology businesses.

  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch management.

  • Strong understanding of commercial KPIs such as pipeline quality, conversion, win rate, and revenue contribution, combined with a data-driven and analytical approach.

  • Confidence in managing stakeholders across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

  • You communicate confidently in both German and English (C1 level or equivalent) and can adapt your messaging to different audiences and stakeholders.

  • You challenge assumptions respectfully and use data and reasoning to debate ideas, then fully commit once a decision is made.
