As an Executive Assistant (m|w|d), you will work closely with our C-Level team and report directly to the CHRO. In this highly trusted role, you will act as a key sparring and coordination partner, ensuring smooth operations at the top management level. You will collaborate very closely with the CEO’s Assistant and our Chief of Staff – as a strong, reliable team with mutual backup and shared responsibility.

About your new role

  • You take full ownership of complex executive calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

  • You ensure seamless daily operations by organizing business travel, coordinating signature processes, welcoming external guests, and handling confidential matters with the highest level of discretion.

  • You work hand in hand with the CEO’s Assistant to ensure professional and reliable support for the entire C-Level team.

  • Together with our Chief of Staff, you prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and decision documents for the Management Board.

  • You independently take on smaller projects such as organizing management offsites, leadership meetings, or cross-functional workshops.

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and bring several years of experience in an executive assistant or comparable role, ideally in a dynamic or fast-paced environment.

  • You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented – and are confident in prioritizing when multiple topics compete for attention.

  • In dynamic or high-pressure situations, you maintain clarity, structure, and a calm presence – enabling our leadership team to stay focused on what matters most.

  • Discretion, reliability, and a strong service mindset define the way you work.

  • You communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders across all levels, including C-Level executives and external partners.

  • You are highly proficient in MS Office.

  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
