Job description

As part of our international and highly professional advertising team, you will manage paid social and programmatic campaigns across multiple European markets. About your new role

  • Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Video Paid Social and Programmatic channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, The Trade Desk) across five European countries.

  • Define and implement best practices for campaign setup, optimization, and channel management.

  • Translate data into action: Work closely with data and strategy teams to turn insights into creative briefs, test hypotheses, and optimize campaigns.

  • Drive marketing automation: Further develop and oversee channel-specific automation and AI-driven efficiency improvements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and country teams to ensure consistent brand communication and strong performance.

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social and/or Programmatic campaigns (agency or in-house).

  • A strong brand and performance mindset: ability to link KPIs to business outcomes while maintaining a sharp sense of brand consistency.

  • Analytical skills: confident with Excel, comfortable working with data, and ideally some experience automating reports.

  • Curiosity and experimentation: you like trying new platforms, formats, and strategies, and you’re excited about leveraging AI for campaign and reporting automation. You set ambitious goals and work with focus to achieve them.

  • Languages: fluent in English; German is a plus.

  • You challenge assumptions respectfully and use data and reasoning to debate ideas—then fully commit once a decision is made to ensure alignment and momentum.
