Our performance marketing team manages all paid and directly measurable marketing campaigns and is thus one of the driving forces behind our current growth. In the team, data-driven work is a basic requirement and we are always one step ahead of the trends in the market.

As part of the SEM team, you will gain deep insights into marketing (SEA) automation in one of the top e-commerce players in Europe! You can expect a highly motivated and very successful team. You will be responsible for strong growth, driving innovation and increasing the efficiency of all paid search channels through data and technology.

As part of the SEM International department, you will play a key role in shaping our success in our 5 (growth) markets. You will be responsible for your own country (focus on France), proactively enrich the team with new creative ideas and be involved in many cross-country and cross-divisional projects.

About your new role

  • You are responsible for planning, creating and managing our performance online marketing campaigns with a focus on paid search (SEA).
  • You develop performance marketing strategies and optimisation approaches and ensure continuous tracking of our performance campaigns as well as ongoing analyses and reporting.
  • With your hands-on mentality, you are deeply involved in cross-functional work processes and support your team in solving complex automation and bidding strategy projects.
  • You analyse business processes, test hypotheses, substantiate them with data, contribute to the automation of our marketing and establish it as best practice in the team.
  • You maintain a close exchange with the country manager for your country, optimise performance and contribute to the development and implementation of country and cross-divisional projects.

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of performance marketing and relevant knowledge in the field of paid search.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy data-driven and results-oriented work. (common analysis tools: Tableau, Datastudio, Excel, SQL)
  • You are a pro in the conception, execution and evaluation of tests and the creation of recommendations for action comes easily to you.
  • You have a high technical affinity, a basic technical understanding of data-driven advertising, feed and tracking systems and a structured way of working.
  • You have the highest standards for the quality of your work, proactively share your knowledge with the team and never lose your head or your sense of humour, even in hectic times.
  • You enjoy working in an international, dynamic environment and have a very good command of English. (Other languages are advantageous - especially French).
