We are looking for an enthusiastic App Growth Specialist who is passionate about mobile apps and performance marketing and who also has a strong data-driven and results-oriented mindset to join our app marketing team in Berlin.

About your new role

• You coordinate all paid channels, contributing to our app growth thus help and assist in constantly finding, testing, evaluating and scaling new channels for user acquisition & reactivation while aligning with our targets.
• You will create and develop a feasible growth plan and oversee the progress.
• Optimising growth funnels through data analysis is also an integral part of your job.
• As part of the App Team you will also collaborate with different stakeholders across marketing and other business units.

Skills & Requirements

• You feel at home in the online world and have a few years experience in operative app marketing with a specific focus on Paid Growth (e.g. Programmatic Buying, ASA, ACi, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat).
• With your curious mindset you keep track of current trends in app marketing and you are interested in developing your own strategies for scaleable & repeatable growth.
• Your ability to think analytically enables you to work efficiently and creates a clear path for your goals.
• You can easily adapt to a new vertical and bring a track record of growth hacking with you.
