As a Recruiting Partner – Tech Cluster (m|f|x) in part-time or full-time, you act as the first step of Employer Branding – by making sure that every candidate applying for idealo already feels welcomed and supported – from their first interview to contract signature and onboarding.

About your new role

  • As a technical Recruiter in Product & Technology, you are working with idealo’s biggest department of almost 400 amazing colleagues across 6 domains. Supporting your designated teams, you provide expert recruiting knowledge to our Hiring Managers and their teams.
  • Following our idealo core values freedom, trust and responsibility, you conduct professional interviews with our candidates and help us find people who are a great addition to our idealo company culture.
  • The pipeline is yours: together with the teams you create job ads and make sure we have a diverse cast of professions and qualifications in our interviews.
  • You actively contact candidates on LinkedIn and other networks, join in for job fairs and are constantly checking new recruiting trends on the market.
  • Fail fast – something is not working? How about you try something else!

Job requirements

What you bring with you

  • Recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment; e-commerce knowledge is a big plus.
  • Empathy and a good sense for professions, qualifications and requirements for a variety of job roles.
  • The ability to inspire and encourage colleagues and candidates, being an advocate for high quality recruiting with a clear focus on human and interpersonal factors.
  • For communication reasons you bring business proficiency in English; very good German language skills are a big plus.
