About your new role

  • You drive the design and continuous improvement of our applications and services as well as their deployment on AWS.
  • While satisfying the fulfillment needs of our customers, you also guarantee data security and integration in order to facilitate our data-driven approach.
  • With your team, you'll work together in the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements until deployment. We follow the approach "You built it, you run it."

  • You are able to lead collaboratively and take joint responsibility for your team’s success while owning the tech perspective and integrating the product perspective of the team’s Product Owner as well as the people perspective of the team’s Team Lead.
  • You thrive in an environment that supports your growth and actively support the Team Lead regarding impulses for your colleagues.

Tech skills

  • You have a proven experience in developing applications with Java as well as Kotlin, and you are comfortable with Spring Boot.
  • You are experienced in exploring new technologies, adapting solutions to an existing tech stack, owning architectural decisions and providing guidance to your team.
