About your new role

  • As a Junior Sales Manager you will be responsible for the hotel partner relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Within that role you will represent the company in day-to-day partner contacts, growing hotel sales, and improving long term relationships to meet both partner and department goals
  • Through your proactive impact you are responsible to research and to acquire potential new partners and manage your end-to-end process from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract
  • You are the voice of our partners. You listen to their needs and share it with our Product and Marketing teams
  • You monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to ensure product competitiveness and identify market opportunities
  • You conduct (with our assistance at first, later independently) technical analyses and research of types of sites, as well as contribute significantly to the generation of tickets
  • You track our KPIs and monitorings in order to continually verify and improve our measures

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • you have a successfully completed apprenticeship or a successfully completed degree. Ideally you already gained some relevant working experience in sales and in the hospitality segment would be a plus
  • You are self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure and against bold goals and deadlines
  • with your power of persuasion, you manage to convey new points of view to customers that reframe and challenge the way they view their business
  • You are sales-driven and are ready for the challenges that the international sales and account management team will face
  • Ideally you already have some experience with MS Office (especially Excel), web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), visualisation tools like tableau, and/or made SQL requests
  • You have excellent oral, written and presentation skills in both German (proficiency level) and English
