As a dedicated Deputy Vice President, you will support the (Senior) Vice President in driving strategic initiatives in his area of expertise and oversee key projects. In this responsible position, you will have extensive room for manoeuvre and budget flexibility as well as the necessary skills to ensure alignment with the company's long-term goals.

About your new role

  • Strategic Leadership: Support the (S)VP in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing key projects, and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead teams, manage day-to-day operations, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and deliver business results.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between senior leadership and teams, fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring clear communication of priorities.
  • Analytical Strategy Execution: Drive long-term business success by leveraging analytical thinking to craft and implement strategies aligned with company objectives.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strategic Thinking / Analytical Mindset: Ability to develop, support, and execute high-level strategies aligned with business objectives based on numbers and analysis.
  • Leadership & Team Management: 8+ years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management and proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders at all levels with fluency in English. Experience in dealing with relevant and complex merchants and in conducting discussions and negotiations at C-level.
  • Project Management: Proficient in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
  • Change Management: Experience in driving organizational change and process improvements across departments.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management
