Ladenzeile is a 100% subsidiary of idealo and operates leading comparison portals for fashion and living throughout Europe. But that's not enough for us. We want to be the strongest brands in the e-commerce universe. Online shoppers shall be able to find their favourite item online at any time - and with us! Together with your Co-Managing Director Dominik, you can further expand our success and are responsible for Sales, Category Management, People, Finance & Legal.

Your tasks

  • As part of the leadership team, you will further develop our product vision and put it into practice. You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical development of the supply side of our platforms, especially our inventory, our B2B partnerships and their monetisation.
  • In doing so, you will also personally play a leading role in expanding our network with online stores and brands from the fashion and living sectors.
  • By guiding the Finance and Legal departments, you will enable the organisation to make sound, secure and value-added decisions.
  • We also strongly believe in the power of good teams. The area of HR, which we call People, Culture & Organisation, therefore enjoys a high priority. You will be responsible for this area together with your Co-Managing Director Dominik.

Stellenanforderungen

Your profile

  • You are passionate about online shopping in the areas of fashion, living and lifestyle and think about our product from the users’ point of view, especially the inventory aspect.
  • Your main motivation is the satisfaction of our users and B2B partners. This not only inspires you - but you also inspire the organisation, teams and employees with your commitment.
  • You have experience in building and expanding long-term business relationships with B2B partners based on trust and creating win-win situations - ideally with online stores and brands.
  • You are used to working in an agile environment and know how to lead teams to great results.
  • You like to communicate in a clear, transparent and appreciative way and appreciate the open feedback of your colleagues at any time.
  • You are fluent in German and English (company language is English).
