Job description

Are you passionate about sales and business development? We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven person to accelerate our growth in Spain. In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, approach potential partners, present our value proposition, negotiate agreements, and close collaborations with online shops and e-commerce companies.

About your new role

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities in the Spanish market.

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, building long-term commercial relationships.

  • Present the company’s solutions, understand client needs, and tailor the value proposition to each case.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation, contract signature, and initial onboarding.

  • Work with a CRM (ideally Salesforce) to manage opportunities, pipeline, forecasting, and sales follow-up.

  • Represent the company at meetings, trade fairs, and industry events—actively contributing to growth by selling traffic acquisition solutions, Retail Media, and other digital products.

Job requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial/account management, with a proven track record of generating opportunities and closing deals.

  • Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong results orientation.

  • Understanding of the e-commerce and digital marketing ecosystem, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion, and ROI.

  • Experience using CRM and sales prospecting tools (ideally Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Native or bilingual Spanish and professional English. Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, marketplaces, SaaS, or price comparison platforms is a strong plus—along with knowledge of the Spanish retail market.
