Our Performance Marketing team manages all paid and directly measurable marketing campaigns and is thus one of the driving forces behind our current growth. In the team, data-driven work is a basic requirement and we are always one step ahead of trends in the market.
As part of the SEM team you will get deep insights into marketing (SEA) automation in one of the top e-commerce players in Europe! You can expect a highly motivated and very successful team. You will be responsible for growth, driving innovation and increasing the efficiency of all paid search channels, driven by data and technology.
Being part of the SEM International department, you will play a key role in shaping our success in our 5 (growth) markets. You will be responsible for your own country (focus on Spain), proactively enrich the team with new creative ideas and be involved in many cross-country and cross-divisional projects. To strengthen our team we are looking for an inquisitive, motivated and data-driven newcomer for our Paid Search family. About new role

• You will be responsible for planning, creating and managing our performance online marketing campaigns with a focus on Paid Search (SEA).
• Continuous performance monitoring and operational implementation are also in your area of responsibility.
• You develop performance marketing strategies and optimization approaches and ensure continuous tracking of our performance campaigns as well as ongoing analysis and reporting.
• You analyse business processes, verify hypotheses through tests, prove them with data, contribute to the automation of our marketing and establish it as best practice in the team.
• You maintain a close exchange with the Country Manager for your country, optimize the performance and participate in the development & implementation of country and cross-divisional projects.
  

Skills & Requirements

• You're familiar with the online world and have experience in operational online marketing with a focus on paid search (SEM).
• You have initial paid search knowledge and experience in using common analysis tools.
• You are interested in current trends in online marketing and independently develop innovative campaign concepts to increase performance.
• You have a high technical affinity, a very good understanding of numbers and an analytical way of thinking.
• You like to share your knowledge with others and are open to exchange.
• You enjoy working in an international, dynamic environment and have a very good command of English. (Other languages are advantageous - especially Spanish).
