  • You lead and grow a highly motivated and data-driven team
  • You connect your team with our overall B2B strategy in the inventory analytics area
  • You support your team members in their personal growth as well as establish effective and efficient collaboration structures
  • You foster leadership and entrepreneurship in your team members' attitude
  • You are a role model for giving and receiving feedback, as well as a key player in our inventory analytics intelligence approach at the same time

Skills & Requirements

  • You have a passion for developing people and teams.
  • You are familiar with agile leadership principles and methods and have used them before - you communicate clearly and honestly.
  • You are strongly interested in e-commerce topics and digital business models.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
