The position as Category Manager UK (m|f|x) is available as a full-time or part-time position.

About your new role

  • You will work as a category manager responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising landing pages for e-commerce events and campaigns.
  • Together with your team members you will put new products online for idealo.co.uk, which may include sourcing and creating images, product descriptions, filters and product attributes.
  • Quality checking the products, product categories, and published content on our idealo.co.uk webpage is also amongst your tasks.
  • Also you will translate content from other markets for the UK, as well checking for localisation errors.
  • You will address any customer issues submitted through our customer service channels.
  • You will be using data analysis tools to spot opportunities and issues in the UK content strategy.


      Skills & Requirements

      • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
      • You already gained experience to UK e-commerce landscape.
      • You have critical thinking skills, with a keen interest in problem solving.
      • Your ability to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds is a particular strength of yours.
      • You have the right mindset to receive, give, and act upon constructive feedback.
      • You are able to write at native English (UK) level and ideally B1 level German.
